Yeah, Rogelio's sloppy and I don't know if I'd trust him.

And correct me if I'm wrong, he gave up his only bargaining chip...so, not bright. He saw Demián with Rafaela and had great chantaje material. Then he agreed to do certian "things" for Demián. I think burning down a house and causing the death of someone gives Demián a lot more leverage. Or was Rodrigo being a self-starter? Did Demián order the arson? Do we know for sure? Dang I am not paying attention very well am I?

All of those things are reasonable guesses. Except for the last one.

Lol. I guess I don't do nuance. So often on these more traditional novelas everything is in your face. My memory is that the dead animal actually happened before Demián made Rogelio his hench so that's why I wondered if the arson was actually at Demián's request.

It's a valid question.

I don't think it's about doing nuance. It's about me presuming I know the right answers. I could always end up being wrong.

Poor Leo. Two dead people and he hasn't even been home for a week yet. I wish she'd said "Demián did it," but maybe she thought that went without saying.

I found the Padre's "Your father could never kill anyone" ominous. If he were being honest and not talking to a kid, what would the next sentence have been? He's a coward? He tried once and it didn't go well? He always gets someone else to do it for him?

Wow, um...pro tip: Don't talk to the cops without a lawyer EVER and definitely don't speak metaphorically in the interrogation room.

I love how Rogelio and Eduardo are so quick to help Demián without even being asked. He's so going to owe them!

Somehow I don't think Demián will be properly grateful to Rogelio and Eduardo.

Have we gotten the names of Eduardo's children?

There was a Judy Blume book in the detective's office. I wonder if it was professional reading.

I missed the Judy Blume book!

Oh, good, it's not just me. I didn't even know Eduardo had two children instead of just the boy. And apparently their parents never address them by name.

I wanted to yell  “shut up” at Leonardo at the police station. Demián could not be acting any more guilty.  He made me laugh.

I'm trying to figure out what kind of cops we have on this show. The lead detective looked way more suspicious of Demián today than he did when they were investigating the fire.

I was impressed that they bothered to do the paraffin test to see if Leo had fired a weapon.  On the other hand, even the dimmest arson investigator would have detected that an accelerant was used in the fire that killed el abuelo.

Eduardo's daughter premiered today. At least, I don't remember seeing her before!

I really like Alejandro Tomassi, but I never like his "bad guy." It always feels to over the top and ridiculous to me, but he was doing cowardly weenie really well today!

Word. I can't believe there wasn't more investigating into the fire.

ETA: Especially after Mari said she saw a sketchy figure nearby!
