Falco on Telemundo
On Sundays at 9pm/8c starting tonight 7/22.
Well, I enjoyed the first episode. Falco is a likeable guy, and I'm eager to see how he relates to his now-adult daughter. Jessica Mas sure gets around--she's in B&B, CQM, and now Falco (at least Episode 1).
I hope Juan Pablo doesn't turn out to be corrupt. Poor Falco has already lost a wife and doesn't need any more betrayals.
From what I could find, this run of Falco seems to have around 14/15 episodes which is just long enough. It is based on a German 60 episode series which lasted from 2010-2014. It will be interesting to see how this all pans out.
I'm really liking that Telemundo is investing in shorter, once a week programming. That may just be that I'm starting to prefer once a week shows over daily...or something.
I'm looking forward to seeing how this plays out especially now that I know the original length. I wonder if they are just focusing on the main story.
Thanks for finding that info @jarifa.
I love the development of Tenoch's character in Episode 2! I had to totally revise my first impression of him. I thought the conversation with his mom on the phone was wonderful. Trying to combat his rising frustration, but exercising infinite patience, tells us a lot about the kind of person he is.
