Falsa Identidad on Telemundo
I have a sick feeling that Marlene’s mysterious boyfriend is Gavino. 🙁
@lindaf - is Marlene the missing girl? That the police chief was interviewing her parents, and they said she didn't have a bf but then he found a picture in her bureau of her with the bf?
Cause I was pretty sure that was him in the picture he hid
(I've missed a couple of days, and I don't remember the names of any of the characters yet, please excuse if this is not at all relevant to what you're talking about)
Marlene is Isabel’s friend who dances and has a nice apartment paid for by a yet-unseen boyfriend. She’s played by Geraldine Bazán. I think the mysterious sugar daddy might be Gavino.
The missing girl is named Lourdes, and you’re right that she was dating the policeman, who was actually just getting her to trust him so that he could sell her to Gavino’s traffickers.
I've had it on as background noise, so I can't tell if there are a lot of inadvertently funny parts or they're trying to be funny or what. Cute protagonista guy and his new work buddy crack me up. The whole window washing thing and then he gets home and tells Camila? that his friend fell and he helped him or something. And the work guy pulling him over to the TV reporter. All the runaround with the identities and the vagueness about what they're supposed to be doing and why and for how long. And yes, the little dog sleeping in the kid's bed by the time Camila got home--of course they're gonna keep him!
I thought she looked familiar!
I'm actually excited to see how the performance goes, but damn, Diego is being completely uncool at the door. I would have thought he'd be better at this.
LOL at the incomplete bleeping of "chingar."
OK, at this point, Diego can kiss my ass. He used to steal gasoline and now he's disposing of bodies and he's gonna make faces at her for dancing? He's cute and all, but he needs to dial it back some.
I get the feeling Abuela Corona's dead.
I was thinking the same thing about Circe and Eliseo, and maybe it can still happen!
I think we're about to see if Marlene's sugar daddy is indeed Gavino.
I'm really impressed with the actress who played Denise in CQM, and now Paloma in FI. Her Colombian accent in the latter is real, so she did a great job hiding it in CQM.
Well, I have to give the writers credit for some surprise twists. I never thought that Eliseo would be killed off, nor did I think that Augusto's shenanigans would be discovered so quickly. And I thought Gavino's connections would ensure him impunity for most of the novela. Now I'm really wondering where all this is headed. Still loving Circe, though!
In any case, there have been a lot of predictable elements. For instance, as soon as they introduced Marlene's "good sister", it was obvious that they'd pair her with Chucho.
