Well, there were well over 50 scenes last night. It was quite the recapping venture. Lots of action albeit stupid on the part of everyone but the villains.

Jorge had his best moment in all of the novela reading the riot act to R and R’s  Bryan and referring to R and R as his friends.

Kika was at her best when she listened to a drunk Jorge, took away his cup of coffee, and pushed him back out of her penthouse after telling him everything that was wrong with him.

The Mauricio/María/Fabián plot was just stupid.

Loved that Toño thinks he has found his calling: being a comedian.

Four hours of programming left.

Yeah. I caught up yesterday afternoon. I did a lot of yelling at the TV. I hate this part of the end...when the villains are making everyone more miserable than usual. I can't stand Dulce. She sure doesn't live up to her name.

I could not believe they were up at the cabin and nobody had thought of At least water. Not even a bottle of water in a car?  : (

Well eventhough stupidity reigned last night, there were still some bright points:

Flor.  Love her. She and Nerón make the best couple in this thing.

Vero. Loved her being so supportive of Toño.

Reality finally hit  Lili in the face.

I just got caught up last night. I'm not crazy about how it's going off the rails but I did enjoy the entire neighborhood using what was on hand to fight the bad guys. It was a nice, light moment amongst all the dark scenes.

Only a two hour extravaganza and we can put this one to bed!   I hope there are no loose ends.

I hope there aren't either, but I'm not going to be surprised if there are.

Well, they covered it all even though much of it felt rushed like they just wanted it over. I read somewhere that at the last minute they cut a week of episodes out so who knows? They had such talent and such a great premise and the result was mediocrity.

A question:  when did everybody get so smart?

At least Flor and Nerón got married, Melchor  was on the verge of coming out  and Renée called out Noél on his lies.  There should  have been more Kika. For such an instrumental character she just seemed to be relegated to the background.

I did appreciate a happy ending all the way around.

That definitely felt...lackluster. Of course, I had stopped caring about so many things by the end.

The fact that Noel started the fire that killed Mauricio's mom did not surprise me at all. They had made that more than clear.

Eh. It's over. I got some closure. This could have been a much better series had they pared down the plots.

And it was supposed to be a WEEK longer? Egads.

@jarifa I know you are long gone from this forum and the forum as a whole but maybe you'll get this notification. I just saw a tweet about Sergio Muir on my Twitter feed. He was in a show for Rtve thats been airing. Anyway, it reminded me of watching this with you.
