I'm so glad that Rahmi is finally through with her! I can't wait until she finds out that Salih has been conning her. 😆

Meltem and Mustafa seem to have a lot of chemistry--they practically sizzle on screen! Unfortunately, he's a mess and she deserves so much better.

I think the tension and suspense of the rape trial is going to do me in! Seeing Erdogan cross out each day on the calendar doesn't help. I think there are 20 episodes left, and I don't know if I'll get through them with my sanity intact. LOL

I still hate Mukkades, but I do hope she shows up at the trial and turns the tables on the spoiled rich boys. And I'm not sure Vural is going to be able to get through it without sobbing. I'm mean enough to laugh.

Today (the trial) was excruciating to watch, except for Mustafa's testimony. I guess that Asu completely sold out.

At least now Meltem will have a chance to redeem herself by coming home and testifying on Fatmagül's behalf.

Dear Meltem: bring bodyguards.

I don't feel at all sorry for Kerim landing in jail. The one I feel bad for is Fatmagül, since she seems fated to spend the rest of her life surrounded by violent hotheads. Even Rahmi went off the deep end in that incident at the market stalls.

Mustafa's behavior makes me glad she didn't marry him. He seems like he would've come home from every fishing trip accusing her of cheating on him with any man who so much as said hello.

Kerim still has some growing up to do. And the only reason I'm even remotely shipping Kerim and Fatmagül is that Fatmagül deserves to be happy. If that means Kerim, so be it.

I'm still mystified by Mustafa marrying Asu. Of the three women in his life, she was the one he seemed least interested in, and she's certainly the one his parents would find least acceptable. Was it just to keep her from telling the police that he killed Vural?

Yes, I only want Fatmagül to be happy, so I guess we have to accept Kerim as her choice. Other than Kadir, all the men on this show are so hotheaded and violent. Did you see the way that Rahmi shouted at Ebe Nine and shoved her roughly after the staircase incident? Naturally, he didn't wait for an explanation or to hear her side of the story. He could have really hurt her, given her age.

That behavior worries me, coming from Rahmi. He's usually so gentle.

I think Kerim's dad is another hothead. He JUST got home from jail and you have to go over there right away?

I thought better of Asu. That she'd know Mustafa is just playing her.

Rahmi already freaked me out when he went bonkers at the open air market. He's got a violent streak.

I'm confused about the storyline with Kerim's dad. On the one hand, what Ebe Nine did seems inexcusable (making the father into the bad guy, just so that Kerim could preserve a good opinion of his mother). But on the other hand, what kept the dad from returning after the mother's death and taking charge of his son?

They're gonna have to explain that to me, because everything I think might be it doesn't hold up. Especially with him now showing up and insisting on seeing him.

The only reason I’m happy to see him is because I know how much it bothers the Yassarans!

Mr.5ft says Season 2 starts with Kerim in jail, it was 41 episodes in Turkey, which translates to 61-62 US and we're near the midpoint.

UniMas ep 64 was the beginning of season 2 and last night was 73, so...53 to go?
