Sansón y Dalila
Weeknights on UniMás at 9pm/8c with a repeat the following weeknight at 7pm/6c. (i.e. Monday's repeats on Tuesday, Tuesday's repeats on Wednesday...Friday's repeats on Monday.)
Starting Tuesday 6/5 new episodes are on at 10pm/9c.
This show is in Últimas Semanas.
Thursday 6/14/18 Wednesday 6/13/18.
Oh, good, camels. Camels are underrepresented in telenovelas.
Sansón is kind of a jerk.
Hopefully the burlap bikini top is not a trend that's going to catch on.
Um...please tell me Dalila's dad wasn't checking her out. Wait...stepdad...can we please not go there? Ew. They went there. Oh great, and her mom's blaming her.
Oh no, more burlap bikinis.
I'm not impressed with the entrada.
Randomly wondering if Dalila has said a word this entire episode. Oh, there she goes.
Ms. "I'm the favorite" really needs to rethink her strategy. My money's on Dalila.
And now there's a lion.
On the one hand, it's only supposed to be 18 episodes, but on the other hand, does it really need 18 episodes to tell this story?
Episode 1- ugh. My recording cut off, but I really liked what I saw. It was cheesy and entertaining to the point that I wondered why I haven't checked out the biblical novelas before. Somehow I missed the camels and I'm bummed.
Step dad was really creepy.
They probably don't need 18 episodes to tell the story so I'm sure some secondary and made up characters will get some screen time as well.
He killed the lion? Screw that! Give him a buzz cut already!
The elaborate revenge setup for the stepdad is skeeving me out. I thought they were just going to get the big guy to kill him? Well, ok, I guess having him realize why he was dying at the last second was a little bit worth it.
Taís and co. are in capable of moving quietly.
Yikes! Was that in the Bible? I mean...I wouldn't be surprised, but damn, it needs a parental advisory warning.
LOL...is there anything more awkward than standing there while two people are making eyes at each other?
Yeah, I'm over Sansón. Dalila's way more interesting.
I did look up the story this morning and so far the Philstine woman (forgot her name) and the lion are all part of the biblical tale. This sounds stupid, but I didn't read to much because I didn't want to get spoiled. Lol. I'd rather watch the series then go back and compare.
The opening is kind of weak.
I guess I'll get episode 3 in Tuesday? Or I could watch on the app.
Just finished episode 3. QEPD León.
Were you talking about the gang rape? I'm not sure if it was in the Bible. I mean, there is plenty of rape in the bible...I just don't know about that particular instance.
It is surprising that this is on as early as it is.
What is it about characters named Faruq?
I'm enjoying this way more than I should probably admit.
