This is the main theme song from Caer en Tentación, Saturno by Pablo Alborán. And a lyric video, at that (You kids today! You don’t know how good you have it!) so I figure we can all have it learned by the time the show starts and sing along together.

What? No? OK, just me, then.

Yo no quería amarte. Tu me enseñaste a odiarte….

Kat is 5ftLatina. She is really 5' tall (and probably shrinking) and Latina. She is not actually a cactus, but she is both prickly and cute. Mr. 5ft is actually married to Kat, but is not 5' tall or Latina. He is also not a form of plant life.

I’m already singing along with the chorus when I watch :). The line ‘en Saturno viven los hijos que nunca tuvimos’ gets me in the feels every time. It just seems to encapsulate all the loss of hopes and plans. In fact the whole song is very poignant. And beautiful.

Fantastic choice for this week! Yes, I do want to memorize it, and I’m also blown away by that same line (“los hijos que nunca tuvimos”).
