Previously on Betty en NY: Daniel tried to trick V&M into moving their production to India, at a factory Daniel now owns, so he could kill the company deader than it already is and rip it to pieces to sell for scrap. Armando and Ricky agreed with Betty–too risky, not enough information, don’t take the deal. Marcela got pissed off about Betty having opinions in HER company!
I am biting my tongue not to go over there and address all this schedule change nonsense.
Here’s what’s going on at El Cohete:
Monday night at 10pm/9c Teresa Mendoza is back on Telemundo. She’s spent the last eight years in Italy as María Dantés, raising her daughter, Sofia. When Sofia is kidnapped, Teresa gets in touch with old friends to help her get Sofia back.
Previously on Betty en NY: Betty broke up with Armando. Armando took Betty out for a fun arcade “friend” date and Betty didn’t want to be broken up anymore. Ricardo planted some cute gifts in Betty’s office. Daniel Valencia was a jerk about Betty’s makeover. Pati heard Betty calling Nicolas and rushed out to see him, but instead she saw a guy Betty had bumped into getting into a limo. Ricky hangs out with a drunk Marce and takes a picture of her in her underwear. Armando fights with the Jackson Heights Mean Kids.
Sinasi realizes Neriman and Macit made plans that didn’t include him. He wishes her luck on her exam and splits.
Sofia’s still at work. The Pelotón wonder if Betty could talk to Armando, but she doesn’t think he’d want to disagree with Marcela.
Betty tries asking Amoroso why Armando likes her and not Marcela. She just doesn’t get it–Marcela’s the most beautiful woman in all Manhattan and Betty’s the ugliest one in Jackson Heights.
Kiss replay! But then Armando gets quiet. Betty wonders if he’s thinking about Marcela. Armando SO doesn’t want to think about her right now. He promises he’ll clean up his personal life and he’ll keep Betty from going to jail.
Our original blurb made sense when the site was new, but lately it seems a little dry. And the passive voice was bothering me:
